Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth scheduling experience for all clients, please review our appointment policies: • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals beyond this time may be subject to a $25 late fee or may require rescheduling depending on availability. • No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be required to pay a deposit before scheduling any future appointments. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
